1. How do I know which size to order for my pet?

We provide a sizing guide on each product page (look for the ruler icon below the product price). It's important to measure your pet according to the instructions provided to ensure the best fit.  We offer products from various vendors, so please check sizing for each product. If you're between sizes we always recommend sizing up.  If you need further assistance, please send us a message via chat or at hello@hautepawsboutique.com and let us know your pet's breed & weight, we'll be happy to advise the best size for them.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Or visit our tracking page and enter your order number.

3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition. For more detailed information on how to process a return, please visit our Return Policy page.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Haute Paws Boutique ships internationally to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please visit our Shipping Information page for more details.

5. How do I apply a promo code to my order?

You can enter your promo code at checkout. There will be a box to input your code before finalizing your purchase. If the promo code is valid, the discount will be applied to your order total.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hautepawsboutique.com We can accommodate changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
